James first joined the Conran Shop over 10 years ago working as the furniture supervisor in the Marylebone store. He saw the opportunity to join Conran Contracts as a way to grow within the business, and he now looks after sales support and logistics. His knowledge and fastidious approach helps sales conversion and customer retention.
