The De Haan influence on Folkstone is taking shape nicely. The first and most striking of which is the bold new restaurant positioned in the fishing harbour. Ex Ramsey protégé Mark Sergeant has been chosen to spearhead the culinary development of the harbour location, starting with Rock Salt.
