Conran Contracts have been teaming up with MBA for some time now to ensure that every Byron location is uniquely different from the last. The Architects always have a distinctive concept in mind for each restaurant project, always creating unusual eating environments not normally seen on the high street.

For Haymarket the scheme in mind was London Transport with the centrepiece being a suspended art installation that only the shrewdest of clientele will appreciate is a reverse of the underground map. Our brief was to ensure that we procured furniture that would best fit such a quirky concept, paying homage to the environment and atmosphere.

This site in particular has had a hugely successful response and been nominated for the Restaurant and Bar Design awards for 2012
